Thank you for these comments which we as residents of Cromartie Point flats wholeheartedly concur. Regrettably the Council totally ignored our needs in favour of commercial gain. We can only hope that when the building begins, they will fail to find firm foundations thus making the Fragrance Group come back with far more sensble and acceptable proposals for the site. We have endured noise, dirt, dust and vermin infestation during the demolition, heaven only knows what awaits us during the build!
